Thank you for your feedback. Our intake process is designed to get the information that we need from the actual client. The consultation experience is not just a transaction or a Q&A session but the start of a confidential relationship where all of the necessary information (that may be very private to the client and unknown to all other parties) needs to be shared with the attorney in order for us to provide the best advice and legal analysis for their particular situation and problem. Just as a doctor cannot understand the personal symptoms of a patient by interviewing someone else, attorneys are in a very similar boat because the solutions and options offered to a client must be specifically tailored to their unique facts and circumstances.
